O'Fallon Municipal Court

The O'Fallon Municipal Court is at the O'Fallon Justice Center, 1019 Bryan Rd, O'Fallon, MO 63366. The court handles city ordinance violations for O'Fallon. Starting in January 2023, the court also took on cases from Lake St. Louis and Weldon Spring. So if you got a citation in any of those three cities, your case goes through the O'Fallon court now.

Judge Tim Engelmeyer presides over the court. K. Kyle McKay serves as the prosecutor, and Jeff Chapple is the court administrator. The court does not handle civil lawsuits or small claims. Those cases go to the St. Charles County Circuit Court instead.
